Open Question: Problem getting torrents to itunes...?

I am using utorrent to download some songs and almost all of them work fine. I just open the files and drag 'n drop them into itunes. But there are two torrents that isn't working for. One is "The Ultimate Beatles complete discography" and it says it is a DAA File(I don't know what that means or if that is the problem) and the other is "Brandon Heath-Don't Get Comfortable" which is an RAR File(I don't know what that means either).
